Hello, I am Felicia Bettini, Ph.D. I received my doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Organizational Leadership (OL), my Master's from Long Island University (Counseling & Development) and my Bachelor's from Mercy College (Business/Marketing).   

After many years in corporate, theatre management, academia and my own business, one thing is constant and that is: change!    

Linden Street Consulting provides advising, coaching and consulting services to small business leaders and staff to improve leadership skills, refine business practices and identify why and where the organization or the individual may be off target in achieving their goals. 

My philosophy is to assist individuals, managers and leaders through this transformation by guiding the process and achieving maximum benefits.  I encourage a collaboration where all parties can grow from the experience.

Additionally, I am the COO of a global creative production and communication agency and an adjunct faculty member of The Chicago School of Psychology. I advise and teach first year Ph.D. students in the Organizational Leadership/ Psychology program.    

​Whether in a business or educational setting, I believe a successful learning experience occurs when an individual becomes aware they have moved from point A to point B and continues to apply the new knowledge.
